In this busiest of busy times hides opportunity… NOW, more than any other time of year, you are swamped. Why is this good? Because now is your opportunity to impress a ton of people! Make sure that while your competition is taking for granted their flood of business, you let each and every person know just how important they are to you. Tell them, write to them, give them little gifts or a card. WHATEVER IT TAKES! IN a few months your investment will pay. |

Many people have asked, “how exactly would you tell your clients about our VIP Holiday promotion?” Well, here’s the script. The key here is TRAINING. Make sure you meet at least twice a week to rehearse and role play this script until you are pro’s! “Mary, I have a sneaking suspicion that you have been helping us grow our business. I think that you have been telling your friends about us. Have you been doing that? I thought so Mary. Mary, recently we realized this and we felt really bad about it. We felt bad because for ages we have been spending thousands of dollars on advertising to strangers when at the end of the day it’s been loyal customers like you who have brought us the most new business…and we have spent anything on you! So we made a decision. From now on Mary, we won’t be advertising. Instead we are going to spend our money on you for the help I know you are giving us. Here’s a special card that I want you to have, it’s a Silver VIP card. Mary, next time you send one of your friends down here, someone who isn’t already client, make sure they tell us that you sent them. We will keep a little record and when you’ve sent us four of your friends, which I know your doing anyway, I will give you this beautiful gift basket and a weekend holiday. It’ll be my way of saying thank you. So Mary, make sure they mention your name next time you decide to send someone down here.” |

How do you tell your clients about a Loyalty program... |

- Ice cream was invented in 2000 BC yet it took 3900 years for someone to invent the ice cream cone. - Meat was on the planet before humans. Bread was baked in 2600BC yet it took 4300 years before someone put the two together and made a sandwich. - The flush toilet was invented in 1775 but wasn’t until 1857 that someone invented toilet paper. Once discovered the ideas above seem “OBVIOUS” but they weren’t at one time. My point? What else is there that could revolutionize the way you do business? Remember that most people run their business based on how their competitors run their business. Even though there’s no logic in it! Keep thinking! Here are some sentences that you should ALWAYS have at the forefront of your mind… 1.-What else can I do today that will give me more customers? 2.-How else can I show a client how important they are to me? 3.-How can I offer more value so that I can rightfully charge more? In fact, go ahead and answer these three questions… |
